Shipping policy

Shipping CROSS-CANADA and we also now offer international shipping to Continental USA, most of Europe, and UK and Ireland.

Shipping is by Canada Post. 

All packages are shipped by Canada Post Xpress Post service. Expedited Post (trackable)  

Compound orders weighing over 3 kg will be boxed and shipped by weight. Maximum box weight is 15 kg. We will contact you with package weight details before shipping.

Our garments are carefully packed and shipped in a padded Poly-bubble envelope. (FYI; an average ANDREE JAIPUR dress packed, weighs approx 300-400 gm)

Urgent order?  Send us a mail at andreejaipur@gmail.com and we'll let you know how much it will cost to ship to you by courier or alternate method.

Please be aware that ANDREE JAIPUR cannot be responsible if your package is stolen/removed from your address after delivery. Please try to keep track of the expected delivery date (all outgoing shipments have a tracking number) and be aware that Canada Post may leave your package in the next best spot if you do not have a mailbox large enough. In some cases you may be left a card, for depot pickup. 

International orders have tracking numbers, and we follow up tracking your package from headquarters. Adding your phone number to your international order is essential. Please take extra care to type in your address and phone number correctly.

Please be aware that your home country will issue import fees at your expense for import duties and taxes.
