Handwoven of handspun pure organic KALA cotton, yarn-dyed by hand with BOTANICAL source dyes

Lovely soft thick cotton texture, with crossing stripes and ikat with traditional hand wrapped tassel edging. Kala cotton is an indigenous organic cotton that is tolerant to dry seasonal conditions and resilient to pests. 

Created with care by Premji and Pravin Devji Vankar, weaver's family of Bhujodi Gujarat. 

  • BOTANICAL source dyed natural creamy off-white cotton with rich mineral source black
  • Hand spun, and hand woven in Kutch, in the coastal state of Gujarat
  • Hand washable with special care. Cool water, do not soak. A pH neutral liquid detergent is essential.
